What is included?

This will require a brief examination of the context of the desired relationship between the parties. A consultancy agreement applies only where it is intended that the person will not be an employee. Usually the agreement is for a fixed period. There are clear legal distinctions between an employee and a consultant. It may not always be appropriate to have a consultancy agreement and if this is the conclusion reached then we will adjust the fee accordingly.
