What is included?

The Agreement will be drafted to your specific requirements, taking into account all relevant Irish and European law. This will require an examination of the context of the desired relationship between the parties. We will need to develop an understanding of the distribution network and structure you have in mind. This can be done through an initial meeting with you or through email correspondence. We’ll then draft a contract for you and discuss it before finalising matters. Up to 1 hour discussion and the drafting of the contract is included. Any work required beyond this will be charged at normal rates but only after informing you in advance.
