What is involved?

At the end of the consultation stage you have a number of options. Having obtained this initial outline view, you may decide to proceed no further for now. We will leave you with contact details should your circumstances change in the future.
You may decide you need further advice and book a longer and more detailed advice session or a meeting with one of our solicitors.
At the end of the initial fixed fee consultation your solicitor may have been able to give you a fixed fee quote to handle your case for you. Alternatively your solicitor may agree an hourly rate with you for any work you instruct them to do.
