LawPlus is a highly innovative and progressive legal franchise that offers a highly flexible alternative to working for a 'traditional' law firm.
Solicitors work from a local base and are fully supported by the latest in IT, telecommunications, case management and web-enabled software as well as by first-class marketing, finance and client support departments. Regular team meetings, coupled with networking activity, provide the interaction of an office environment but without the interruptions.
LawPlus is driven by a client focused, plain speaking approach to the law and embraces new technology to provide first-class legal services to a broad portfolio of regional and national clients and is committed to its ongoing vision of identifying and developing business in new market sectors.
LawPlus is a business format franchise allowing legal practitioners the use of a format for the conduct of their business, including such elements as business planning, management systems, marketing, location, appearance and image, and quality of services.
It provides franchisees with the tools and skill sets of big practices, allowing the franchisee gains through access to established business systems, at lower risk, for their own commercial advantage.
How to Proceed
We are now seeking franchised business partners to expand the LawPlus network. We know we have the best structure to bring success – we need you to help bring our services to clients in your region.
Your clients and prospective clients will see the benefits of working with a LawPlus Franchisee. Everything that should make your Practice grow successfully.
Naturally, neither you nor LawPlus can make any decisions at this early stage. You need further details about the Franchise whilst we need to know more about you. The role of the Franchisee is fundamental to the development of the national LawPlus network. Therefore, the selection process we use to find our franchisees is rigorous.
Although LawPlus will provide help and training and on-going support in all aspects of the operation we do have a clear understanding of the sort of person best suited to our franchise opportunity.
Successful Franchisees are likely to have been qualified as a solicitor for three to five years and gained legal experience within a small practice. General legal experience is not a prerequisite. They will also display entrepreneurial characteristics such as confidence, high energy levels and determination. They will be confident, and self-motivated with excellent IT skills and enjoy working as part of an integrated team but who thrive in an autonomous environment and are willing to generate their own case load through existing contacts, referrals and ongoing marketing activity.
This is a challenging and fast-moving environment, so a prompt and level-headed response to problems is also essential, coupled with a customer care mentality and strong communication skills. Does this sound like you?
