The National Employment Rights Authority (NERA)

The Health and Safety Authority (HSA)
The HSA are the state sponsored body in Ireland with responsibility for securing safety, health and welfare at work and operate under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005. Working in partnership with employers and employees, their responsibility is to ensure that safety and health in the workplace is a key priority for everyone.

The Equality Authority
The Equality Authority is an independent body set up under the Employment Equality Act 1998. It was established on 18th October 1999. The Authority replaced the Employment Equality Agency, and has a greatly expanded role and functions to monitor and action non compliance with the Employment Equality Act, 1998 and the Equal Status Act, 2000.
